Booking conditions 30% advance payment of the total cost is requested for a firm booking; for high season bookings, advance payment of the entire stay is requested at least 3 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy that the Management reserves to apply in case of late cancellation or no-show:
- 30% of the total cost will be forfeited for cancellations received between 14 and 8 days prior to arrival;
- 60% of the total cost will be forfeited for cancellations received between 7 and 4 days prior to arrival;
- 90% of the total cost will be forfeited for cancellations received within 3 days from arrival, with a minimum charge of 1-day rate;
- 100% total cost will be forfeited for no-show.
The forwarded advance payment shall be held as partial or total payment of cancellation indemnity charges. For last minute bookings, which are not guaranteed with an advance payment, cancellation indemnity fees shall be charged onto a credit card.

Said data shall solely be conveyed to dedicated staff and exclusively to the purpose of fulfilling the services requested. Said data may also be processed electronically in accordance with rules and regulations in force.
